Gemita's first ever job was for a UK TV series called 'Bedlam' on Sky Living. She was cast as an actress that could perform comfortably underwater. Her role was a villain that haunted the swimming pool (See below)
It was this job that she met Mark Silk- one of the industries best underwater cameramen. They instantly hit it off and Mark immediately recommended Gemita for further underwater jobs, one of them being 'The Siren' directed by Laura Jean Healey. It was for the first ever life size hologram art instillation. It has since won many awards, including Gold award for Passion For Freedom and the MAMA's coorporate award. (See below or follow the links for the films)
After working on 'The Siren' and 'Bedlam', Gemita decided there was a niche in the market for specialising in underwater work. This led to her booking numerous commercials and music videos as well as her continuation in film and TV.
